Payment and Insurance

Dr. Merling DOES NOT participate with any health insurance plans except for United UMR Top Tier (Mt. Sinai employees and their covered family members ONLY)

If Dr. Merling is not in-network with your health plan, you can tallk to him about self-pay options.  He will provide you with the necessary documentation to get reimbursed from your insurance company based on your out-of-network benefits. Payment is due at the time of service.
